bridging the heart and brain through music

Rebecca Gladstone, MT-BC

Hi, I'm Rebecca!

I’m a board-certified music therapist, educator, and founder of Gladly Music.

I've wanted to be a music therapist since high school. Music gave me a sense of belonging, focus, and joy, especially when I was anxious or overwhelmed. It helped me manage my own ADHD and anxiety, and understand myself on a deeper level.

I know firsthand that music can offer both structure and freedom, both stimulation and calm, and that each person's relationship with music is beautifully unique.

My clients and families often say they feel seen, heard, and supported with me. They appreciate my patience, my ability to meet each child where they are, and my outside-the-box creativity. I don't just work on goals, I work on confidence, connection, and trust.

I started my practice because I wanted full autonomy over the services I offer, to work directly with the clients who are the best match for me, and eliminate the barriers that often come with agency work or larger systems. At Gladly Music, there are no layers of red tape; just real connection, responsiveness, and care.
